Netflix is a Buyer in the M&A Market?

MillarNetflix investors do not wig-out over Millarworld. Its a good deal, depending on the price. The bad news here is for Disney. While the Disney deal is intact the Marvel deal is a side-letter and Netflix is not obligated to take Marvel series or Star Wars. Millar buys Netflix comprehensive licenses (international and product) and lower production costs by eliminating middlemen. If you bought NFLX shares on the deal talk then maybe you should be concerned because this deal signals an independent Netflix. My guess is Millar is not a huge deal in terms of dollars but has great strategic importance.
